  • Operational Leadership: Develop scalable workflows, standard operating procedures, and training programs to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Operational Transition: Develop and implement a process to efficiently onboard new glass locations and transition operational ownership to ATE DOs once market reaches a steady state.
  • Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including fleet partners and collision center leadership.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support ATE’s strategic growth and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field preferred—or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in the automotive glass repair/replacement industry, with a demonstrated track record of launching or scaling a similar business.

  • Strong understanding of glass TPAs, insurance claims, and OEM requirements.
  • Proven ability to scale field operations, lead cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects at varying stages of development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage field or operational teams in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building new processes from the ground up.
  • Strong technological skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
