At Automotive Technology Experts (ATE), we understand the importance of providing fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services.  We service hundreds of customers that rely on us to ensure that the repairs they have completed are safe and that the vehicle will operate as the manufacturer had intended.   

 

ATE was founded in 2019 to provide technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision industry that struggles to stay current with the rapidly changing technology in vehicles.  We employ technicians across the country. Our growth will continue as we add team members that strive to be the best, commit to taking care of our customers, and continue to train so that they can accomplish team goals and obtain career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the organization’s management systems, ensuring alignment between field operations, product, technology, and leadership. The position oversees cross-functional projects from planning through execution, driving adoption through training, resource development, and standardized processes while supporting change management and scaling best practices. By gathering feedback, managing project milestones, and analyzing performance, this role ensures operational efficiency, product effectiveness, and strategic alignment with overall business objectives.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Lead the implementation of the organization’s new management system, ensuring smooth adoption across all teams.
  • Collaborate with vendors, IT, and internal stakeholders to configure and optimize system workflows.
  • Train staff and develop resources to drive effective system use.
  • Continuously refine and enhance the system to support business growth and evolving operational needs.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between field operations, product, technology, and leadership teams for assigned strategic projects.
  • Support change management initiatives and help scale operational best practices.
  • Partner with leadership, field operations, and product teams to align ATE Support Operations objectives with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes for product rollouts, updates, and service enhancements.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and customers to identify areas for product/service improvement.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure product performance and operational success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in Business, Operations, Product Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or a related operational role.
  • Proven ability to translate product strategy into actionable operational plans and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, process design, and operational efficiency practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), and Microsoft Project/Planner or equivalent project management tools.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales, customer success, operations).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and build alignment across diverse teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Up to 10% of overnight travel is required, including air travel.
  • A safe driving record and a valid Driver’s License required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and must be able to stand for long periods of time in automotive shop environments
